Dylan  – SISD grade 3, English section

Dylan joined the French class in January 2016 with very little knowledge of French language whereas his other classmates already had acquired some of the basics in French. At the beginning Dylan, would show some frustration. However, his strong motivation and competitive spirit allowed him to catch up with other students within only three months. Not only is he now communicating in French, using the vocabulary acquired in class, but his writing skills have improved immensely, surpassing some of the students. Dylan participates extensively in class, allowing him to quickly implement his vocabulary. His confidence and enthusiasm in class have allowed him to work on his pronunciation a lot. He is now able to confidently give presentations in French in front of the class. Congratulations Dylan, your efforts are well rewarded!
