Originally from Italy where I studied History of Art and Classics, I then moved to the UK where I completed a post-grad diploma in Information Management. I have been working in international schools and universities for the past fifteen years and I enjoy the multicultural environment which SISD provides.
Central to my philosophy as an educator is the importance of continually learning and adjusting my methodology in accordance with the rapidly changing nature of information and research on teaching and learning. I recognize that what works for one student may not work for another and I provide the necessary support and appropriate encouragement to help each student learn and grow.
My life is quite active between fitness and exploring new places, flying birds and hiking. I also like watching movies and documentaries, making lasagna for my family and friends and reading a good Japanese fiction book.
