I started my career as a University Instructor. After achieving my goal of receiving a PhD in Biotechnology, I realized that what I truly wanted was to teach young children. This is when I decided to switch career and apply for a PGCE in order to obtain the required qualifications to teach in primary schools. This has been a revelation for me, since I became a primary teacher, I have been learning new things every day. As a lifelong learner, I love reading pedagogical research papers and methods that inspire my students. Joining SISD is a new challenge that I am looking forward to as I believe that I can fulfil my passion of teaching with my Scientific and academic background to support the school vision of becoming a well-recognized Scientific school in Dubai.
