My name is Youssef Karzai, I am from Syria. I am married and have two boys. I love to travel a lot. I got my educational certificate from the Syrian University, where I studied courses focusing on social and emotional learning, technology, and integrating diversity in the classroom. I worked as an Arabic language teacher since 2006 in Syrian public schools, then moved to Dubai in 2013 and started teaching at GEMS Education Group and worked there as a teacher of Arabic for non-native speakers. Head of the Department of Arabic and Islamic Language for the Primary Stage. This experience taught me how to work with children of different skill levels and backgrounds, and use technology to encourage and retain learning. I believe this knowledge encourages enjoyment and innovation in the classroom. I love my job. I am proud to join the Swiss International Scientific School because it is one of the best schools in Dubai.
