GRADE 4 LEARNING COORDINATOR / PRIMARY TEACHER GRADE 4
MOTTO:

“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.” – Ignacio ‘Nacho’ Estrada

I am a primary school teacher since 2014. I have taught in different schools in South Africa and the UAE to learners from different cultural backgrounds, age groups and who had varying academic abilities, I have learned so much. And the exciting thing about being a teacher is that the learning never ends. We are lifelong learners. Each year brings new challenges and new opportunities.  I strongly believe that if a child can’t learn the way I teach, I should teach the way the child can learn. It is important to adapt to the needs of my learners. Therefore, as a teacher, I am constantly reviewing my teaching methods.

I am very passionate about inclusive education. I believe that individual differences amongst learners are a source of richness and diversity. All children are unique and have something special that they can offer to their own education. Every single one of them deserves a stimulating, educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. I strive to create an atmosphere where all my learners can meet their full potential, no matter what learning abilities they may be faced with.
