Inclusion Teacher
MOTTO:

“Education is not the filling of a pot but the lighting of a fire” – W.B. Yeats

Since an early age I wanted to become a teacher! When I finished school I studied Montessori Teaching in Dublin, Ireland. It was during this course I found my true passion which was teaching and enabling children and young adults with additional needs. When I graduated I started my first teaching job in Special Education and with over 15 years teaching experience I am still as enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to helping each student achieve their goals and reach their highest potential in an inclusive environment where the curriculum is accessible to all.

I’m so excited to be moving to Dubai with my family and joining the SISD team. My own daughters will be attending the school too so I’ll be both the parent and the teacher! Outside of work I love to travel and experience new cultures. I like to cook and bake and try new dishes from all over the world.
