Lisa has been in education at the international level for 13 years in Paris, London and Dubai. She completed a PhD in Physics at Paris Sorbonne where she was trained to always think ahead and look for innovations that are on the cutting edge of science. She completed a PGCE in Physics at Goldsmith University in London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership at Aberdeen University. She enjoys learning more about new cultures and languages: she is bilingual English and French and learning Arabic in Dubai.
Lisa is an enthusiastic educator who strives to offer a unique education to students and provide a stimulating environment. She has played different roles in teaching and leadership and has detailed knowledge of the IB curricula. She is an IB Evaluation Visit Programme Leader, Verification Visit Team Member, Workshop Leader and Examiner. Lisa loves sports and travelling, horse riding being her passion with 25 years of experience.
