Megan has amassed more than 20 years of experience in education, with the majority of her experience being in senior leadership roles in an IB school within Dubai. Her extensive educational background includes a Master’s degree in Educational Neuroscience, and a Bachelor of Education degree in Special Education.
Megan has previously held roles in GEMS World Academy, most recently as the Director of Teaching and Learning. Additionally, Megan was a speaker at the IB World Conference in 2019, and the Future of Education conference in China. Megan is particularly passionate about student achievement and ensuring exceptional educational pathways that support the academic and social emotional development of the whole child, in preparation for their individual success.
